Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above in social work, social science or related discipline

- Ability to manage the team to raise efficiency, productivity and quality
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

Project Overview:
The project aims at facilitating the parents-to-be and parents with newborn who live in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai districts to have a child protection concept on building a safe and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of children from the very beginning. The project mainly consists of parent education activities, home visitation, parent-child activities and volunteer training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project social workers to prepare activity materials for project implementation
- Provide assistance with the storybook and sensory groups for young children
- Provide administrative support and handle data entry and compilation
- Provide assistance with projects and centre activities
Requirements:
- Diploma holder / with post-secondary education or above
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with newborn babies and families
- Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude
