Responsibilities:
- To assist the Director in leading the agency to promote a caring and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of our children

- To liaise with welfare services, government departments, and other appropriate organizations

Requirements:
- A Registered Social Worker with degree or above in social work, social science or related disciplines
- At least 12 years solid work experience in the social work field or a relevant public sector organization, preferably 3 years’ experience in a senior position
- Inspirational leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage team members to raise efficiency, productivity and quality
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Having a strong network in the community is definitely an advantage
