Job Duties:
Project Overview:
The project aims at facilitating the parents-to-be and parents with children aged 0 - 6 who live in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai districts to have a child protection concept on building a safe and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of children from the very beginning. The project mainly consists of parent education activities, home visitation, children play groups, parent-child activities and volunteer training.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise volunteers home visitation and post-natal services
  • Volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision
  • Organising parent groups, play groups, parent-child activities and Community educational programs, etc
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above
  • Registered Social Worker with at least 2 years working experience in the social work field after graduation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with new-born babies, young children and families
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude
